Slow Response Test

Server sleeps 1.7 seconds before emitting the response. Used to populate the top-slow URL list in analyzer 030.

Expected effect in analyzer 030_response_headers:

• I02 top_slow — this URL should appear in the "slowest URLs" table with TTFB ≥ 1500ms (default threshold)
• Overall TTFB percentiles (median, p90, p99) will shift upward on small test sites
